הקורס מיועד לבוגרי בית-הספר 'כחותם' בלבד. המפגשים מורכבים משני חלקים:
1. ביוגרפיה דינמית
שיתוף של המשתתפים באירועים, מחשבות, חלומות וכיוב’ – כחלק מהתנסות חיה, חווייתית בהתבוננות המיוחדת בביוגרפיה וחוקיה. חלק זה יונחה על-ידי אורנה בן דור.
2. לימוד וחקירה משותפת של ספרו של שטיינר - ההיררכיות הרוחניות והשתקפותן בעולם הפיזי. בחלק זה תיערך למידה וחקירה משותפת של הספר בכלים של היעוץ הביוגרפי. הנחיה יפה לדרמן.
