Assistant
I was born in 1964 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from Spanish immigrant parents. I am married and mother of David. My first degree was in chemical engineering, and in my career, I completed several training courses and an MBA in Business Administration. Seeking to complement my knowledge in the human area, I completed two postgraduate degrees in Philosophy and Human Sciences. For 33 years working in the corporate world, I developed projects in change management, process management, corporate education, and leadership development. Anthroposophy and Human Biography entered my life in a corporate Change Management project, and then I participated in the training of consultants / facilitators leaders by Adigo in 2000, having completed the Spiritual Deepening of the Consultant in 2004. In 2015, I was certified as biographical counselor by Sagres Association (Florianópolis, Brazil), recognized by the Goetheanum (Dornach, Switzerland). Since 2010, I have worked as a coach and consultant, and since 2015, I have also worked as a biographical counselor for groups and individuals. I got to know Hotam School methodology at the WBCs (World Biographical Conference) in 2014 and 2017, but it was only during Covid-19 pandemic, that I had the opportunity to participate in Hotam School community studies, whose approach based on anthroposophy and karma was very important to me. With the warm and supportive guidance of Orna, Yael, and Lital, I was able to understand my biography from a complementary perspective and even be grateful for the difficult experiences I have had in my life. The workshops brought me new knowledge about different aspects of karma and broadened my understanding of my own karma and its connection to macrocosmic views.
