Cancellation Policy:
- No cancellation fee up to 60 days before the conference
- In case of cancellation from 60 to 30 business days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be 50%
- In case of cancellation from 30 business days to a week from the date of the conference, the cancellation will be 80%
- In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the event – the cancellation fee will be 100%
- Only in the case of instructions to close the economy due to the covid-19 virus, participation in the conference will be canceled free of charge
